Greeting my fellow LPC Family,

Wow just one month before we say goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022.

Like you, we just finished our Thanksgiving meal and now coming out of the annual food coma. Better yet, it allows us to reflect on our gratitude for those who have been there for us in thick and thin. Accordingly, I want to publicly acknowledge and express my heartfelt gratitude to all Scout Leaders and Volunteers. From the new Den Leader, the Unit Committee Chair and team, Charter Representative and council, Scout Masters, Assistant Scout Masters, Pack Leaders, Venture Guides and Explorer Guides, LPC District leaders, all Commissioners, Board members and our amazing Staff, THANK YOU! It is your dedication, passion and persistence that keeps our Scouting Movement going forward to provide the best youth program on the Central Coast.

Recent accomplishments at Rancho Alegre is the new paved road from the camp
entrance to the dining hall. With the spike in inflation and shortages in the supply
chain there is still much to do to complete the camp and sign off the construction
process. Our completion is dependent on more capital gifts to Rancho Alegre. Our
Phoenix committee is seeking…
