Please join Los Padres Council in welcoming our new Pacific Coast District Executive, Noel Wright. She will be serving the Pacific Coast District and Santa Barbara County for all things Scouting and Exploring related. Although originally from Ohio, Noel and her family have recently relocated to the Central Coast after several years of residing in England. She currently resides outside the Lompoc area with her three children, husband, dog, and several chickens. Noel holds a master’s degree in science specializing in the criminal justice system. She has a background as a college instructor and in the law enforcement field.
